It is with great pleasure that I, Joseph A. Miller, III, State Representative of Ohio House District 56, extend my congratulations to the Lorain County Board of Mental Health for its commitment to provide quality mental health care for Lorain County residents.
You deserve high praise for your efforts to manage Lorain County’s Mental Health Network and to fund important services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and peer support. This is a responsibility that has impacted countless lives, and your contributions do not go unnoticed.
I admire your devotion to improve the well-being of Lorain County residents. It is thanks to the hard work and determination of LCBMH’s citizen board that our region’s mental health care continues to grow and prosper.
