Vote for 4 to help families in crisis

On May 8, Lorain County residents will renew support for local mental health services by voting FOR 4. Issue 4 will not raise taxes, but it will help families in crisis.

Renewing Issue 4 ensures that families continue to have mental health crisis options in emergencies, and treatment and prevention programs for children and adults. While state and federal funding has drastically declined, Issue 4 has helped maintain essential services to the community, including mental health services for children and families who cannot afford to pay for them, have nowhere else to turn, and could go untreated.

Nearly 12,000 Lorain County residents received mental health services across our mental health network, just last year. This renewal contributes a significant amount to keeping those services available for families, but will continue to cost homeowners only $1.36 per month.

So how can you help?
